About me

I have been acquiring and editing commercial fiction and nonfiction at Big 5 publishing houses for nearly thirty years, most recently as an Executive Editor at Gallery Books, a division of Simon & Schuster. New York Times bestselling authors I’ve edited include Christina Lauren, Kristin Harmel, Richard Paul Evans, Susan Mallery, Andi Dorfman, and the Brown Family of TLC’s “Sister Wives.” I also spent several years as the Associate Director of Gallery’s marketing department, where I developed and executed promotional plans for numerous authors.

Prior to my time at Gallery, I worked for the HQN imprint at Harlequin and at Bantam Dell Publishing. I have a B.A. in Comparative Literature from Stanford University and an M.A. in English Lit. from the University of California at Davis.
